Payment & Delivery

ORDER PAYMENT MEANS
•  You can pay online for your Order:
- Via Visa or Mastercard bank cards.
You have to fill in your bank card data in order to make a payment. These data are transmitted with the observance of all security measures required. The information is transmitted as cyphered and shall be kept only on a specialised server of the payment system. Neither web site, nor shop knows or keeps your bank card details.
•  You can also pay for your Order upon delivery receipt:
- by cash,
- Via Visa or Mastercard bank cards.

ORDERED PRODUCTS RECEIPT 
• A sales receipt shall be enclosed to the Order.
• If you need any other documents, please, make a request to the operator.
 
A GUIDE FOR THE BUYER
•  The Buyer shall stay at the delivery address, at the time agreed for Products delivery.
•  When receiving the Order, the Buyer must examine the Products in respect of availability of the assortment ordered and absence of any external defects, in the courier’s presence. 
 
DELIVERY
Finished Products Delivery
• Delivery Time and Address
- The Products are delivered in Chisinau Municipality,
- Our operator can process your Order from 08:00 a.m. till 05:00 p.m.,
- The delivery time shall be from 10:00 a.m. till 06:00 p.m.

•  Delivery Cost
- The delivery cost in Chisinau Municipality shall make 60 MDL,
- The delivery cost outside Chisinau Municipality shall be calculated as based on the distance till the point of destination.
 
Products Delivery a la Carte
•  Delivery Time and Address
- The Products shall be delivered to the address specified by the Client, in Chisinau Municipality, from 01:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m.,
- Our operator can process your Order from 08:00 a.m. till 05:00 p.m.,
- Orders for cakes without complex décor shall be accepted at least four days before. Orders for cakes with complex décor shall be accepted at least seven days before.

•  Delivery Cost
- The delivery cost in Chisinau Municipality shall make 60 MDL, but in case of two-layer or higher cakes (weighing over 5 kg), the delivery cost shall make 100 MDL.
- The delivery cost outside Chisinau Municipality shall be calculated as based on the distance till the point of destination.
- The minimum weight of a cake to be ordered shall be 2 kg.
